Reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager the role is responsible for: • Managing the technical lifecycle of a project from sales handover to commissioned service for all verticals. • Managing the coordination and project input from engineering design, configuration, testing and implementation of end-to-end solutions. • Hands-on configuration of the HCC portfolio of products (SME) • Commissioning support of VSAT/WAN connectivity • Creating and supporting HCC Operational infrastructure • Assisting operational groups (Tools, Support, Voice, Growth Engineering, Capacity, Teleport, Platform, Terrestrial)Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background with full Cisco background alongside VOIP and MPLS experience.
