Team Recruitment (ABERDEEN) Ltd   View all Team Recruitment (ABERDEEN) Ltd's jobs Company Profile     IT EngineerWe currently have the above role with one of our Aberdeen based clients Roles& Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Work within IT strategy in support of the company’s mission and core objectives. • Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures. • Liaise with 3rd Parties and Contractors. • Recommend and implement modifications to the supporting infrastructure company wide. • Involvement in Network Security. • Help desk activities (2nd Line) to both office based and offshore based sites. • Visit offshore units and worldwide shore offices as necessary. • Assist in network capacity planning. • Recognising and evaluating users’ needs and evaluate alternative solutions and products. • Planning and Implementation of new projects. • Provide expertise to internal users. • Management and monitoring of Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Anti-Virus systems. • Video Conference systems. • Aberdeen Telephone System. • Mobile Devices (smart phones & tablets). • Systems documentation. • Monitoring of communications, including VSAT and Riverbed Accelerators.
