Reporting to the Tool and Application Development Manager the role is responsible for: • Network Design and Engineering • Monitoring control systems engineering and integrations • Providing support for software and vendor based NMS systems • Tools service portfolio within HCC • Maintaining Service Design Packages (SDPs) for all tool services • Applying industry standard lifecycle management in relation to service operation, service transition and service design.Ideal candidates will be customer focussed with knowledge of network setup, management, monitoring protocols and Cisco/networking skills.
