- To plan and prepare lessons in order to deliver the National Curriculum ensuring balance in all subjects.
- To identify clear teaching objectives and learning outcomes.
- To maintain good order and discipline among the pupils, safeguarding their health and safety.
- A degree in the Subject which they want to teach.
- Classroom management, course and lesson planning, knowledge of the subject and understanding young people.
- Applicants must have at least 4 years experience in teaching secondary school students.
