- Candidate must have Bsc/HND in social science or management course.
- Candidate with MBA/MSc or any other relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
- Must be enthusiastic and resilient.

- Must not be less than 28 years.
- Must know how to drive, with a valid driver’s license.
