A Microfinance Bank with a statewide license located in Kaduna urgently requires the services of well qualified, motivated, IT functional, and highly experienced candidates to fill the following positions:


Position: Managing Director/CEO
Required Attributes:

• B.Sc/HND in Banking, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Possession o additional qualifications (AGB, ACCA, ACA, CPA, and/or a Masters’ Degree) would be an added advantage.
• Candidates who have successfully passed the Microfinance Certification examinations for levels one and two, or who are well into the process of doing so, would also be at an advantage.
• Demonstrable knowledge of banking practice and management, with a minimum of 15years’ cognate experience
• Age: 40-55

Position: Head of Operations
Required Attributes:

• B.Sc/HND in Banking, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Possession o additional qualifications (AGB, ACCA, ACA, CPA, and/or a Masters’ Degree) would be an added advantage.
• Candidates who have successfully passed the Microfinance Certification examinations for levels one and two, or who are well into the process of doing so, would also be at an advantage.
• Minimum cognate experience of 10 years.
• Age: 30-45

Position: Head- Human Resources/Admin
Required Attributes:

• B.Sc/HND in Banking, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.

Position: Business Development Manager

• B.Sc/HND in Banking, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.

Position: Head of Finance and Accounts
Required Attributes:

• B.Sc/HND in Banking, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Possession o additional qualifications (AGB, ACCA, ACA, CPA, and/or a Masters’ Degree) would be an added advantage.
• Candidates who have successfully passed the Microfinance Certification examinations for levels one and two, or who are well into the process of doing so, would also be at an advantage.

Position: Marketers
Required Attributes:

• Minimum of National Diploma/OND in any business related courses.
• A sound knowledge of banking, with not less than 3 years’cognate experience.
• Age; not more than 35,

Position: Cashiers
Required Attributes:

• Minimum of National Diploma/OND in any business related courses.
• A sound knowledge of banking, with not less than 3 years’cognate experience.
• Age; not more than 35
