Requirements

• BSc/MSc/MBA in Real estate Management, Architecture, Business Admin or related discipline
• Skilled in leasing, Property Management, Design Review, Negotiating, Project Management; Market Research and analysis.
• 7-10 years of demonstrated accomplishment in the Retail & Real Estate easing, management and
• development industry in companies such as Sotheby's or Coldwell Banker
• Knowledge of broking and marketing techniques and principles.
