construction projects to our Clients. Due to reorganization of our
operations, we seek competent staff to fill the underlisted vacancies in our
Lagos and Abuja offices.
Job Title: Mechanical Engineers - Project Engineers
Responsibilities/Knowledge/Skill requirements:
o Prepare/design Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) and/or Piping Systems and Specifications.
o Ability to prepare HVAC and/or Piping Construction Drawings.
o Knowledge of ASHRAE and other tandards is an added advantage.
o Proficiency/competency in using AutoCAD MEP/Revit for design and modeling systems will be an added advantage
o B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with requisite experience in HVAC Projects in Building, Systems Engineering.
o Minimum of 2years experience.
o COREN and NSE Certitication will he an added advantage.
Job Title: Senior Project Engineer (HVAC)
Responsibilities/Knowledge/Skill requirements:
o Prepare/design Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Specifications.
o Ability to prepare HVAC Construction Drawings.
o Knowledge of ASHRAE and other standards is an added advantage.
o B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 5 years cxpertence in HVAC system in Building and Infrastructure Projects.
Job Title: Site Engineers
Responsibilities/Knowledge/Skill requirements:
o Applicant must hold a B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
o Must have a minimum of 5 yrs post NYSC working experience in supervising the installation and commissioning of Building Engineering Services.
Job Title: Customer Service Officer/Secretary (Male)
Responsibilities/Knowledge/ Skill requirements:
o Ability to perform normal secretarial duties and assigned administrative tasks
o Strong communication skills. self -confidence, a high level of integrity and a positive attitude to work.
o Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint software
o OND or Professional Secretarial Qualification with 3years experience
