1.)A Retired Nurse/ School principal
Qualification

• B.Sc Science, BA Arts, HND or NCE
• Age 45 year and above
• A Female
• Must be able to manage an Hostel in a reputable University
• Should be ready to reside in Ile-Ife Osun State.

2.) Foreman
Qualification

• Must have City and Guilds or HND.
• Must have 30-35 years experience in construction company.
• Ability to work in water log area.
• Must have experience in capentary works.

3.) Architect
Qualification

• 3 Years post M.Sc in Architecture.
• Good Autocad and 3D Proficiency.
• Must have an excellent design skill.
• Good knowledge of project.
