FASHION STYLIST

JOB SUMMARY
Keeping up to date with current and changing trends in fashion and design.
Advising apparel category manager on fashion styling for visuals
Selecting the most appropriate pieces from collections and ranges for the shoot.
Purchasing props for shoots.
Supervising photo shoots.

REQUIREMENTS
Relevant degree fashion merchandising, styling & designing.
Portfolio of past projects.
Significant experience in styling ideally at an online apparel retail outfit.
Excellent team skills
Experience managing models.
A track record of successful fashion shows and projects.
Strong communications skills

COPY WRITER

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for generating .the words, slogans and audio scripts that accompany apparel visuals.
The typical creative process can involve:
Discussing the company advert theme and message and target audience with Head Merchandiser.
Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team
Writing and presenting a content on Konga.com website
Modifying copy until the Content Production Manager is satisfied
The copywriter is accountable for checking all the content being advertised is truthful and complies with codes of advertising practice.

REQUIREMENTS
2 or more years related experience

PROGRAM MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY
As a Program manager you will drive the technical vision, design and implementation of the next-generation online customer
experience.
You'll transform the company's vision into elegant technical designs. That will ultimately turn into a seamless shopping experience used by customers all over Nigeria. Managing feature sets throughout several inter phases you'll have the chance to see your ideas and designs through completion and high-volume delivery to customers. You will be working with other key team members in the product category teams as well as experienced Software Development Engineers.
Be an advocate for end-users and customers, so your passion for anticipating customer needs and creating solutions for them will really help you shine in this role. You will also be responsible for authoring technical specifications, including envisaged usage cases, customer scenarios, demos for customers and prioritized requirements lists.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with great project management and communication skills, and with a strong technical understanding.

REQUIREMENTS
Education - Graduate Caliber with 5 - 7 years solid logistics experience in e-commerce, courier and/or logistic companies.
Membership of CILT or CIPS is additional advantage.
Import & Export logistics - Verifiable working knowledge of customs clearing, Air freight, forwarding, last mile logistics, HS codes,
Transportation -- Knowledge of principles and methods for enhancing turnaround time, delivery lead time including the relative costs and benefits.
Administration and Management -- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling. Leadership technique and coordination of people and resources.
Order Processing -- Knowledge of packaging materials, order handling processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective distribution of goods.

WAREHOUSE OFFICER

JOB SUMMARY

JOB SUMMARY
Assist in support, maintenance and capacity planning of linux and windows server environments
Support and maintenance of development and QA environments.

Ensure backups are funning in accordance with disaster recovery policy.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVES

JOB SUMMARY
Receives customers' requests by telephone or mail, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information and routes the request to the proper person.
Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjusts errors.
Searches Company records to fulfill customer requirements
Traces status of orders.
Resolves customer questions related to orders, takes orders as needed.
Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion.
Writes up order, mails catalog, samples, and similar data to customer, as required.
Responds to customers' requests via telephone or mail using available resources.
Contacts customers to ascertain data omitted on orders.
Has knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, and drop ship items various marketing promotional services and similar data as required.
Prepares and forwards preliminary paperwork to Retums and Replacements on problem orders and gifts not received.

REQUIREMENTS
One (1) year's experience.
Knowledge and ability-English and grammar.
Pleasant telephone voice/manner, ability to operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job.
