Job Title: Data Entry Clerks

Location: Abuja, Cross River, Kano, Lagos Taraba and Enugu Nigeria

Job Description
University Research Company (URC) is an international for profit consulting firm based in Bethesda Maryland USA. URC is currently soliciting applications for Six (6) Data Entry Clerks on short term basis for a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) funded Vulnerable Children (VC) program in Abuja, Cross River, Kano, Lagos, Taraba and Enugu. The program is designed to improve the well-being of vulnerable children and caregivers through a sustainable, comprehensive and coordinated response.

Job Responsibilities 

• Gather, update and maintain database
• Maintain record of work completed
• Performs other duties as required.
• Data entry in a timely and accurate manner into the web-based information system
• Complies with or assists in the compilation of information for quantitative and qualitative reports
• Conducts analysis of data collected from field
• Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/ B.Sc degree
• Fluency in both written and oral English required and ability to speak local Language
• Willingness to travel within Nigeria
• Fluency in the local language of the state where one is applying.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good communication and writing skills
• Computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft office, SPSS and internet application are essential.
