• A minimum of 3 years experience

SECRETARY: Qualification and Experience
• HND/Equivalent in secretarial studied from a reputable tertiary institution
• A minimum of 3 years experience


FACILITY MANAGER
Qualification and Experience
• B.Sc/HND Estates Management from a reputable tertiary institution
• He must have experience in managing properties with service charges

PLUMBING TECHNICIANS
Qualification and Experience
• Trade test or Proficiency competence certificate
• 5 years experience

AIR-CONDITIONING TECHNICIANS
Qualification and Experience
• Trade test or Proficiency competence certificate
• 5 years experience
