1. Pay cash (=N=7800) for PTI Application Form 2012/2013 in any Zenith bank branch, with Account Number:1012799133.

2. Collect the Confirmation Bank PIN equivalent to the amount paid for your APPLICATION FORM.

3. If you have carried out the above steps, proceed with your application now.
