Munro Solutions Ltd   View all Munro Solutions Ltd's jobs Company Profile     Our client based in Saudi Arabia is looking to recruit a Network Training Manager your duties will include:ƒ¤ Develop and manage change management and training strategy. ƒ¤ Ensure all manufacturing stakeholder buy in to strategies and deployment. ƒ¤ Specifically the role is to develop overall Change management strategy to support the execution and monitoring of multiple change programs. ƒ¤ Ensure effective operating rhythm with corporate change management group to ensure knowledge can be reused. ƒ¤ Manage reporting mechanisms to capture and report change management project progress. ƒ¤ To ensure each Change project is correctly staffed and supported to deliver effective change. ƒ¤ Manage the Change Management and Training support team. ƒ¤ Managing change programs public image ¡V via website, branding, inter- departmental updates etc. In order to be considered for the role you will have :, ƒ¤ At least 7 -10 years experience in process and technology driven change management projects. ƒ¤ Exposure to petrochemical industry processes preferable. ƒ¤ Lead who has experience in managing large complex change initiatives. ƒ¤ Appreciation of Change methodologies and has the ability to lead the delivery for matrix change Programme. ƒ¤ Ability to coach and lead teams ƒ¤ Confident presenter and facilitator as well as having some track record of success in change management. ƒ¤ B.Sc Business Information Systems. ƒ¤ Participation in Change Management courses ƒ¤ Change Management Team Leadership skills ƒ¤ Ability to develop KPI for Change programs. ƒ¤ Consulting and advisory expertise. ƒ¤ Project and Programme Management ƒ¤ Knowledge of more than one Change Management Methodology.
