Our client based in Saudi Arabia is looking to recruit a Network Training Manager your duties will include:Æ’¤ Develop and manage change management and training strategy. Æ’¤ Ensure all manufacturing stakeholder buy in to strategies and deployment. Æ’¤ Specifically the role is to develop overall Change management strategy to support the execution and monitoring of multiple change programs. Æ’¤ Ensure effective operating rhythm with corporate change management group to ensure knowledge can be reused. Æ’¤ Manage reporting mechanisms to capture and report change management project progress. Æ’¤ To ensure each Change project is correctly staffed and supported to deliver effective change. Æ’¤ Manage the Change Management and Training support team. Æ’¤ Managing change programs public image ¡V via website, branding, inter- departmental updates etc. In order to be considered for the role you will have :, Æ’¤ At least 7 -10 years experience in process and technology driven change management projects. Æ’¤ Exposure to petrochemical industry processes preferable. Æ’¤ Lead who has experience in managing large complex change initiatives. Æ’¤ Appreciation of Change methodologies and has the ability to lead the delivery for matrix change Programme. Æ’¤ Ability to coach and lead teams Æ’¤ Confident presenter and facilitator as well as having some track record of success in change management. Æ’¤ B.Sc Business Information Systems. Æ’¤ Participation in Change Management courses Æ’¤ Change Management Team Leadership skills Æ’¤ Ability to develop KPI for Change programs. Æ’¤ Consulting and advisory expertise. Æ’¤ Project and Programme Management Æ’¤ Knowledge of more than one Change Management Methodology.
