JOB DESCRIPTION
The Pumps Technician/Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that company pumps and machineries are always in the best working conditions.

The position is based in Enugu.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities for this office shall include but is not limited to the following:
Work in teams and supervise his colleagues in order to achieve high performance of the pumps
Identify the problems associated with the pumps and solve them www.nigerianbestforum.com
Compile lists of spare parts available as assigned by management
Transfer knowledge of pumps to the colleagues and make instruction manuals
Working round the clock even on weekends & holidays to ensure pumps are always in good shape

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPERIENCE
B.Sc or HND in Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 – 5 years experience in a similar position and industry
Good knowledge in the mechanics of field pumps/pump servicing
Good Knowledge of Gorman Rupp, Warman and Itur pumps
Have excellent communication & negotiation skills at all levels and demonstrate a high level of initiative
Experience with 5S, TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000 is an advantage
Honest and hardworking
Team oriented and outgoing
What is on offer
