Job Description
- The Human Resources is the custodian of any organization. The lifeline of any organization are its people.
- Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Staff induction and orientation
- Grievance handling and investigative process
- Records management
- Working with various teams to achieve goals through people
- Managing and coordination of groups to achieve set targets
- Event Management
- Policy development, review and implementation
- Training and development (Candidate must be conversant with ITF)
- Ensure statutory compliance e.g, ITF, NSITF, NipeX, Pension, Group Life insurance, etc
- Performance Management, monitoring, evaluation
- Leave management for staff
- Welfare and staff motivation programs
- Health and Safety
Attributes:
- The prospective candidate must have the following:
- B.Sc in any of the Social Sciences
- Must be confident, outspoken and willing to accept challenges
- Must be versatile and multitasking
- Ability to work under minimum or no supervision
- A fast learner and goal getter
- CIPM is an added advantage
- Must have minimum of 3 years experience in HR function
- Candidates from ICT companies are highly desirable
