Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Rivers

Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving the branch targets for his/her region for major items (i.e. commercial vehicle & construction equipment) and after sales (i.e. service, tyres & spare parts). Also to manage human resources in the branch.
  • To manage sales, after sales (workshops), spare parts and act as human resources manager at the branch.
  • To achieve monthly targets for Major items/Parts and Service at the assigned branch.
  • Develop market for new business lines – Major items and others.
  • Develop rapport with Key corporate customers, financiers and government agencies.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Track and measure performance culture of staff
  • Build team at the branch level for achieving the Organizational goals
  • To coordinate day to day activities at the workshops on CV/CE business lines along with FM and FLS.
Qualifications/Requirement
  • B.Sc. /HND/B.Eng. or any relevant degree and MBA Marketing will be an added advantage with a minimum of 10 years related experience in sales and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity to work well in a team and results-driven.
  • Confident and sound presentation skill.
  • Ability to prioritize activities and cope with time pressure.
  • Sound analytical and negotiation skill.

Job Title: Sales Manager (Commercial Vehicle)
Location:
Lagos
Responsibilities
  • Actively Market and sell the company Commercial Vehicles, services and parts.
  • Prospect for new customers to form enduring relationships via sales calls, meeting and follow up to secure customer /sales.
  • Write sales order, secure deposit and processes paper works in accordance with established policies.
  • Keep an up to date account of customers’ activities and operations.
  • Continually studies of equipment specifications to improve knowledge performance and applications.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • B.Eng. /HND Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial Vehicle sales and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity to work well in a team and results-driven.
  • Confident and sound presentation skill.
  • Ability to prioritize activities and cope with time pressure.
  • Negotiation skill.
 Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer (Oil & Gas)
Location
: Lagos
Responsibilities
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of industrial goods, structure, trends, and issues to ensure full discovery and understanding of customer's primary business goals, operations, challenges, and requirements.
  • Cultivate effective business relationships and communicate full scope of Chrisstahl Nig. Ltd. engineering solutions and services to achieve company sales objectives, including sales volume and market share.
  • Monitor account plan progress, including market conditions, and competitive activities; provide progress and execution updates.
  • Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements, to promote the sales and to provide sales support
  • Prepares commercial policy with GM and implements commercial policy accordingly
  • Able to travel throughout Nigeria (sales territory) to meet client, explore new ones.
Qualification and Requirements
  • Candidate must be a Mechanical or Chemical Engineer with a minimum of 8 years cognate sales experience.
  • Ability to identify customer needs, effectively communicate solutions, and position Chrisstahl Nig. Ltd as provider of choice.
  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track of securing sales of wide range/complex engineering solutions and services (Pipes, Valves, and Fittings etc.) to top level management of a corporate institutions.
  • Effective sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, technical expertise, be a self - starter and value opportunity of joining a new high potential venture.
  • Valid driver's license.
