Requirements
  • Graduate from recognized University
  • Have 6-8 years experience of working in similar position within the automotive, hospitality, servIce, banking, Insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will be competent in team building, coaching and training of new products and initiatives
  • You will have strong customer relation, negotiation skills and have the ability and confidence to resolve customer complaints
  • Be a strong leader and have the ability to plan and organize your time efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Power Point and working knowledge of ERP will be an added advantage
  • Have a proven track record of over achievement of target in a sales environment
  • You will have extremely high standards of presentation

  • You will have strong customer relation, negotiation skills and have the ability and confidence to resolve customer complaints
  • You must be confident dealing with people both over the phone and face to face.
  • Excellent telephone handling skills and customer oriented approach.
  • It is essential that you are fluent in written and spoken English
  • You must be able to use Microsoft Office to a high standard and working knowledge of ERP will be an added advantage
  • You must be accurate, reliable, able to work without constant supervision and a fast paced worker
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • You must be multi-tasking and proactive.
  • Team spirit is an essential requirement.
