This is to inform the All successful applicant or candidates especially Naija Parrot Readers who are short listed for the Direct Short Service Commission Course 21/2013 to report at the interview venue on 18th October 2013 with the following :
a. Your Writing materials including ruler and eraser.
b. 2 pairs of white vests (unmarked).
c. 2 pairs of navy blue shorts.
d. Your Canvas shoes/trainers and white socks.
e. Your Toiletries.
f. Full Set of cutleries including plates and drinking cups.
g. Your Beddings to include blankets, white bedspread and pillow case.
h. Your Current medical report including ECG from any government certified hospital.
i. 4 copies of full size coloured photographs taken in standing position and most be in suit.
The selection board will involve physical, medical and academic tests. Applicants or candidates will also take oral interview.
All Applicants or Candidates will be required to produce original and photocopies of the following:
a. All your academic/professional certificates including degree/HND, WASC/GCE or equivalent, testimonials, NYSC Discharge or valid Exemption Certificate as applicable and a file jacket.
b. your Valid birth certificate as endorsed by the National Population Commission, hospital, Local Government Council of birth or valid age declaration.
c. A Valid certificate of state of origin.
d. Your Military Identity Card (This is for Service Personnel).
e. A Letter of recommendation by the commanding officer for military personnel.
f. A Letter of sponsorship in civil institution(s) for military personnel.
Please Note:
- All Applicants or Candidates will be accommodated and fed for the duration of the interview.
- All Applicants or Candidates would be responsible for their transportation to and from the interview venue.
- All Applicants or Candidates will not be allowed to use their personal/private vehicles at the interview venue.
- No Visitors will not be allowed at the interview venue
- All Applicants of Candidates will report at Headquarters 82 Division Nigerian Army Enugu on 18 October 2013, and will be received from 9 am. Applicants or Candidates who arrive later than 6 pm of 18 October 2013 will be disqualified.
- The Nigerian Army shall not be liable for any injuries/death recorded in the course of the selection interview
