savings contributions of employees in Nigeria as a result of the Pension Reform
Act of 2004 for which we charge an administrative fee of N80 monthly.
Pensions Alliance is a joint venture between First Securities Discount House Limited (FSDH) and African Alliance Insurance Company Limited (African Alliance). Currently we have a client base of over 300, 000.

Job Description
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organised and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
- Identify training and development opportunities
- Provide assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
- Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
- Provide assistance in developing Human Resource Plans
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
- Provide Infromation and assistance to staff, supervisors and company on human resource and work related issues
- Provide advice and assitance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems
Qualification
- The candidate must be between 21-31 years old
- Must be a graduate of a renowned University with a minimum qualification of 2:2 in any social science course
- 2 - 5 years experience in any Human Resource Role is compulsory
- A masters degree from a foreign or local University will be a bonus.
