The National Malaria Control Programme (NMCP), with the support of Roll Back Malaria (RBM) Partners has committed itself to the universal coverage for all malaria interventions as the maximum approach to malaria control. Malaria Strategic Plan 2009-2013 thus expands the focus from the vulnerable to the entire population that is at risk.
The major target of the NCMP is to make sure that at least 80% coverage of these interventions that is accomplished by 2010 is sustained. This would only be achieved through provision of anti-malaria commodities to the Public Health Institutions and not for profit Health Organizations.

Job Title: Head Of Finance – Global Fund Programmer
Job Location: Abuja
Reporting To: The National Coordinator
Job Duties:
- you will ensure compliance with the NMCP and GF policies and procedures and practices
- you will make sure the preparation of quality Progress Update and disbursement Requested and other reports to GF and other stakeholders
- you will ensure safe custody of NMCP/GF assets, individual staff files, bank account and other related documents
- you will ensure accuracy of work plan and budget submitted by NMCP and oversees monitoring of all our budget on a continuous basis
- you will help keep tab on all management letters and make sure all issues raised are resolved
Job Requirement:
. Minimum of Bsc/Hnd in accounting/Finance
. applicant with ICAN or it equivalent is strongly recommended
. Minimum of 10 years experience
. applicant should know how to use Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
