Our Lagos-based client consults in all aspects of environmental planning, development and management due to expansion is recruiting  candidates with suitable and appropriate qualifications and experience in the following positions:


A.) Town Planners
Qualifications

• BSc in Urban & Regional Planning
• HND and Full Professional Diploma in Urban & Regional Planning
• Computer literate, capabilities in AutoCAD
• GIS is an added advantage
• Passionate about urban/regional planning.
• Experience of working in a consulting firm is an advantage
•  Must be a team player
• Must be honest
• Must be below 30 years of age
• Exceptional ability to analyze data and draw iimplications
• Good command of both spoken and written English;
• Ability to write sound technical reports;
• Must possess ability and capability to work and achieve corporate goals with minimum supervision

B) Company Secretary (ICSA)
Qualifications

• Membership of Institute of Charted Secretaries Administrators
•  35 years of age and below
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in company secretarial matter
• Must be a team player
• Must be honest
• Must possess ability and capability to work and achieve corporate goals with minimum supervision

C.) Accountant
Qualifications

• BSc/HND in Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working  experience
• Must be honest
• Must possess ability and capability to work and achieve corporate goals with minimum supervision
• Part  qualification  in ACA/ACCA an added advantage
• Ability to keep relevant books of account, prepare management reports and final accounts
• Must be a team player

D.) Maintenance Officer
Qualifications

• NABTEB certificate in building and construction
• Electrical Installation and miantenance with experience
• Must be a team player
• Must be honest
• Must possess ability and capability to work and achieve corporate goals with minimum supervision

E.) Receptionist
Qualifications

• Must be attractive
• Have excelent communication skill
• Must possess ability and capability to work and achieve corporate goals with minimum supervision
• Below 25 years of age
• Must be a team player
• Must be honest
