Qualifications
The ideal candidates for this position should possess the following

• A good first degree in Food Science and Food technology.
• At least 2 years experience.

B) Assistant manager (Human Resources)
Responsibilities

• Organization and recommendation of Human Resources training programmes and policies
• Recruiting the required workforce and making provisions for expressed and promised payroll: and benefits.

Qualifications

•  First degree in relevant discipline while a higher degree in Management will be an added advantage
• 7 - 1 () years of cognate experience of which at least 4 must have been with the HR dept. of a structured conglomerate
• Ability to advise the Management on Human Resources in accordance with existing labour laws.
• Proficiency In computer package utilization.

C) Computer & Information System Officers/ Managers

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities such as installing and upgrading hardware and software, programming and systems design
•  Analyze the computer and information needs of the organization from an operational and strategic perspective and determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirements.
•  Oversee all technical aspect of the organization, such as software development, network security, and Internet operations.
• The implementation of computer networks and the development of Internet and intranet sites.
• Upkeep, maintains, and secures networks.
• Analyze computer and information needs of the organization from an operational and strategic perspective and determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirements.

Qualifications

•  B.Sc /HND in Computer Science Management Information Systemsor information Science.
• Other proven professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
• At least 2-3 years work experience.

D) Chef Kitchen Production Manager
Responsibilities

• Supervision of the set-up of all food production to maximize productivity between all of the food production areas within the kitchen.
• Training and managing kitchen personnel and supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities. production recipes to ensure consistent  quality.
• Establish presentation technique and quality standard plan in the kitchen.
• Plan. manage, direct and. coordinate the activities of production employees. kitchen operations. 
• Maintaining and supervising good housekeeping and minimize waste.
• Checking of daily use records with the manager so as to make sure that the kitchen Management records are updated at all times.

Qualifications

• BSc in Food Technology/ Hotel & Catering Management
• At least 4 years work experience in same capacity

E) Trans Superintendent/Drivers/Dispatch Riders
Qualifications

• GCE/SSCE/O Level educational qualification.
• Professional driving school certificate qualification.
• Good knowledge of Lagos State road network and highway code
• At least 3 years driving experience. (five years for Transport Superintendent)
• Valid Federal Government recognized drivers' license.

F) Sales Attendants (Male& Female)
Qualifications

• SSCE/NCE / ND in any discipline
• At least 2 years experience.
• Proficiency in computer package utilization

G) Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities

• Daily management of the operations of outlets involved in the preparation and serving of meats and beverages to customers.
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their dining experience.
• Oversee the inventory and ordering of food. equipment, and supplies and arrange for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the outlet's equipment and facilities
• Coordinating the  activities among various departments. such as kitchen. dining room banquet/hall operations ..

Qualifications

•  B.Sc in Food Technology!Hotel & Catering Management or any other Food Science discipline (Minimum degree).
• At least 6 years work experience in same capacity

H) Surveillance/Security Officers
Qualifications

• SSCE/NCE  City &. Guild in any discipline.
• At least 2 years work experience.
• Good communication  skill.

I) Bakers/Caterers/Cook/Kitchen Trainees
Responsibilities 

• Engagement in food production to maximize productivity between all  of the food production areas within the kitchen.
• Ability to operate all types of kitchen equipment. 
• Supervision of all production and culinary activities.
• Checking of daily use records with the manager so as to make sure that the kitchen Management records are updated at all times. 

Qualifications

• Good educational qualifications in catering and hotel management.(Preferably from technical schools and recognized catering schools) 

J) Store Officers/Managers
Responsibilities

• Management or any other related discipline.
• Assist in accounting and issue of all types of store materials and  products.   
• Take inventory of received stock/items. 

Qualification

• ND/HND/B.Sc in Store keeping/Purchasing and Supply/Store   

K) Technicians (Electricians Plumbers,R&AS
Responsibility

• Maintain maximum servicing and optimization of all company'sequipment and facilities.

Qualifications

• A good technical college. polytechnic or university educational
• At least 3 years cognate experience.

L) Automobile Mechanics (KIA & Mitsubishi Truck)
Responsibility

• Maintain maximum servicing and optimization of all company's automobile facilities.

Qualifications

• A good technical college, polytechnic or university educational qualification
• At least 4 years cognate experience.
•  Good technical knowledge of automobile repairs and maintenance.
