Job Title:
GM Operations (Expatriate)
Job Description:


  • Deliver financial performance and coordinate regulatory compliance and monitor expenditure against budget.
  • Develop new business opportunities.
  • Management of operations and revenue with relationship management with clients to achieve the planned revenue targets
  • Provides day-to-day operational direction, strategic guidance, supervision for all business processes by linking the operations, strategy and vision of the company.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • First Degree in Civil/Building/Electrical/Estate Management and a Higher Degree in Business or Management
  • 8 - 10 years Post Qualification experience with a Grade ‘A’ construction/Property Management Company.
Job Title: Project Manager (Expatriate)
Job Description:

  • Project Management of High Rise building construction and infrastructure projects on behalf of the company.
  • Liaising with building contractors and sub-contractors and suppliers, Architects and Engineers to ensure sound logistics and planning coordination for project completion.
  • Project execution to time and cost and quality by applying the necessary Project Management tools with adaptability to local situations.
  • Coordination of all Project Management team and equipment, materials and resources and on behalf of the company.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • First Degree or Higher Degree in Building, Civil, Architecture with relevant Project Management qualification.
  • 8-10 yrs experience at supervisory and management of all trades on the building site at a Grade ‘A’ Construction Company on large projects.
Job title: Accountant
Job Description:

  • Organizing data and entries of all company accounts utilizing relevant accounting packages and payroll management.
  • Tax planning and tax compliance with statutory regulatory
  • Budgeting controls and forecasting of cost and revenue of the business with adequate reporting skills.
  • Project financing and fund raising for capital projects and cash flow management.
  • Treasury and investment management including profitability advisory and analysis of company ventures.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • 5-8 yrs working experience in a company with over 300 employees and a First / Higher Degree in Accounting, Finance and MBA
  • Experience in raising and managing project finance, payroll and taxation

Job Description:

  • Development of our real estate business and property related ventures of the company.
  • Fresh market identification and development of the clientele for the company services

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • 5-10 yrs experience in developing a luxury/FCMG Product and Real Estate experience.
  • First Degree in Marketing Estate Management or Law.
  • A Higher Degree (MBA) in Business
