- Deliver financial performance and coordinate regulatory compliance and monitor expenditure against budget.

- Project Management of High Rise building construction and infrastructure projects on behalf of the company.
- Liaising with building contractors and sub-contractors and suppliers, Architects and Engineers to ensure sound logistics and planning coordination for project completion.
- Project execution to time and cost and quality by applying the necessary Project Management tools with adaptability to local situations.
- Coordination of all Project Management team and equipment, materials and resources and on behalf of the company.
- First Degree or Higher Degree in Building, Civil, Architecture with relevant Project Management qualification.
- 8-10 yrs experience at supervisory and management of all trades on the building site at a Grade ‘A’ Construction Company on large projects.
