Job Duties:
- you be in charge of legal audit and documentation of the company’s security files
- You will help to prepare board papers for consideration at the meetings of the board of Directors, executive Management committee etc
- you will prepare minutes of meetings and communicate action point arising from meetings
- you will be the one to coordinate the Secretariat of the company’s sudsidiaries inclusive of handling directors’ welfare
- you will provide legal advice and Opinions
- you will keep the custody of coporate seals and resolution register
Job Requirement:
. Minimum of LLB
. Minimum of 3 years experience
