JOB TITLE: WEB MANAGER/GRAPHIC ARTIST/DESIGNER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translating a client's marketing or informational content into a functional website.
Mapping or outlining a website's structural content.
Creating or editing images and graphics for website use.
Creating verbal content for the website or using approved content from the client.
Integrating verbal content with site design for final product.
Making changes to the site directed by client.
Submitting completed site to search engines.
Work in social media spaces, blogs, video sharing, online chats, wikis, community out-reach efforts, etc., answering questions where appropriate and writing newsletter content.
Determining all coding requirements for site creation including: e-commerce capability, forms and specialized scripts.
Creating templates of approved website layout.
Coding website using HTML, or GUI design software.
Coordinating with programmers for specialized scripts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of a degree in any related field
At least 3-5 years experience in a similar capacity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient PHP, MySQL, JQuery, CSS, Html & Html 5
Sound knowledge of CMS such as Wordpress & Joomla
Graphics design (Coreldraw, Photoshop, Fireworks & Ai)

JOB TITLE: MARKETER/ SALES EXECUTIVE/ CONTENT EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
Gathering market and customer information;
Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
 
REQUIREMENTS
A first degree
At least 3-5 years experience
Experience in Application/infrastructure and hosted solutions selling;
Must possess the ability to generate and close sales with minimal supervision
Must have a great pipe and good relationships
Work Experience as a Sales / Business Development employee in an Information Technology organization
Must be between the ages of 20 -40years
Male or female


JOB TITLE: SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALISTJOB SUMMARY:
 Define, develop and gain buy-in for the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing Aphroden Nigeria's social media engagement activities Build links within social media circles and socialize relevant social media communities on Aphroden Nigeria?s online presence
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and gain buy-in for a comprehensive social media strategy which includes programmes aimed at utilizing social media marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership and traffic for all Aphroden Nigeria products, services, activities and events
Keep a--- of social media tools, trends and applications in order to apply acquired knowledge towards continuously improving and enhancing Aphroden Nigeria's use of social media in achieving overall corporate objectives
Support the Manager-Public Relations with continued development and promotion of best social media practices and thought leadership
Measure the impact of social media on overall marketing efforts.
Collaborate with other members of the Public Relations team to amplify social media activities
Ensure that implementation of all social media strategic initiatives is in line with Aphroden Nigeria's overall business and corporate communications objectives
Enhance Aphroden Nigeria's social media outreach by conducting research to identify relevant online influencers
Collaborate internally on developing and managing online strategic partnerships for all business units/ functional areas and projects
Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager-Public Relations
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

First degree in the Arts, Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline
Between three (3) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience, preferably in a role managing social media for a corporate organization or agency
Strong skills in database and information technology management.
Preference for working in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in cross-functional teams
Ability to create social media content
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in digital media and website management will be an advantage
Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate attitudinal and functional competencies in the following areas:
Extensive familiarity and proficiency with Web 2.0 social networking and collaboration technologies, including the internet, social media sites, search engines, discussion boards, blogs, video sharing sites, podcasting, wikis, webinars, etc
