 - Development of strategy for keeping new and existing customers.
 - Assign responsibilities to other low level staff to ensure smooth running of the outlet.
 - Responsible for sending monthly mails to our existing clients.
 - Creatively generate ideas on improving the sales and profitability of the outlet
 - Support in communicating the vision, mission and core value of the organization through creative programs and activities.
 - Responsible for the research as regards branding and advertising, new ideas and internet research
 
- Self driven and result oriented.
