Job Title: Assistant HOD Retail Experience / Project Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Qualifications & Requirements
- First Degree in Business Management or any related field (A Masters degree will be a strong advantage)
- A relevant work experience in Customer Care or Quality Control
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be self driven and innovative
- Emotional intelligence and ability to “own the business”
- Details oriented
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent command of the English language - spoken and written
- Minimum 3 year work experience
- Project management work experience is a plus
Duties
- Receives new briefs/jobs
- Attend client meetings alone or in company of associates to get details of client requirements
- Plan for the project before it kicks starts (risk assessment, costing, project planning, budget planning) to finish
- Monitor and control during project cycles via daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Follow up on payments for completed jobs
- Assist in the development of the unit via marketing and business development strategies
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Ensure and maintain appropriate relationships (communication, reporting) to ensure that tasks and projects are delivered on time to the agreed quality and standard
- Work with the accounting (credit control department) to ensure dispatch of invoices for completed projects and collection of funds
