Job Description: - Supervise drilling operations on the rig
- Lead and organize workforce to achieve set goals
- Coordinate the activities of a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment
- Analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems
Required Skills: -
- Ability to coordinate the activities of a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment
- Ability to analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems
Demonstrable leadership abilities including, but not limited to, effective communication, interpersonal and
organization skills.
- Good understanding of community and logistics issues related to drilling in the Nigerian environment
Experience Minimum of Ten (10) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in any combinations of the following areas:
Assistant Driller, Driller, Tool Pusher or Drilling Supervisor in an oil well drilling organization
Required Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering or Sciences with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or Lower Credit respectively
