Position Title: General Services Coordination
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
Contract administration, organisation and follow up of the
general services contracts within the client Organisation, focusing on the
following:
- Offshore catering and administration contracts Onshore support bases and facilities contracts in several sites in Lagos and Onne (offices, accommodation, base facilities etc)
In carrying out the tasks, the service provider shall:
- Organize, conduct as necessary and follow up on technical and operational analyses, audits and inspections of contractors, and performance evaluations.
- Organise the preparation of the contracts, amendments and renewals necessary to operate the facilities
Requirements:
- Engineer in construction or in civil engineering, or Business Administration
- Technical OND + 5- 8 years experience
- In-depth contracts and logistics experience in the Oil & Gas industry with ‘hands-on’ experience.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a complex team.
Job Title: Start-Up Inspection And
Maintenance Engineer
Job Location: Delta
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the proper documents and data required for maintenance have been duly obtained and followed up and to also check that the progress measurement gives realistic information.
- Control and follow-up the maintenance engineering activities regarding installations of facilities and ensure these actions are in line with scope of work.
- Coordinate the preparation and the implementation of data to be loaded in Computerized Maintenance Management System.
- Supervise the preparation, review and validate the maintenance dossiers
- Support and implement the HSEQ management systems (Plans, Procedures and specifications)
Requirement:
- M.Sc/B.Sc or HND with relevant experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, 8 Cognate years experience in the field of maintenance in a supervisory role
- Good knowledge of planning techniques and systems, Offshore operations, and maintenance functions
- Experience of Maintenance and Inspection of Engineering Contract
- SAP/R3 experience and know-how
- Knowledge of UNISUP is required.
Position Title: Marine Lead Offshore/Architect
Job Location: Bayelsa
Responsibilities:
- Maintain/build/apply competency in specific area of Marine supervision.
- Identify and assist in resolving Marine Advisor resource gaps in Function
- Steward the development of core competencies in Marine discipline
- Administer personnel resources in Marine discipline
- Responsible for Clients marine vessel safety
Requirement:
- Degree – BSc/MSc in Nautical Science/Marine Transportation and/or BSc/MSc in Naval Architect, Engineering or equivalent
- License – Licensed Master of Towing, Anchor Handling and Supply Vessels of Any Gross Tons (License does not have to be active)
- High level of marine vessel knowledge, skill and experience
- 15-20 years experience to include Master of Towing, AHT and PSV Vessels, Shore Side Marine Operations in Management of Vessels, Knowledge of all IMO and Class Requirements.
