1.       Corporate finance Associate Ref: CFA 2
2.       Wealth/Portfolio Advisor Ref: WPA 3
3.       Research Analyst Ref: RA 2
4.       Trainees Ref: TR 3

Responsibilities:
1. Work on a variety of ‘sell-side’ transactions in all stages, from initial client pitches to transaction closings in areas of Debt & Equity, M&A, Advisory and Project Finance etc, have understanding of regulatory framework, communicates fluently in financial information and complex strategic issues in a clear, concise and relevant manner to assist and guide decisions in corporate finance transactions.
2. Funds and portfolio management, development of strong client networks, and support efforts in executing sales and marketing strategies, while also ensuring quality of client deliverables.
3. Generate macroeconomic reports on domestic and global developments, fundamental and technical analysis on equities and provide recommendations to aid investment decisions and portfolio growth develop sound valuation metrics and ability to provide strategic/planning support.
4. Trainees will have opportunity to develop a foundation in core areas on Investment Banking.
Requirements:
·         Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the above relevant fields. Trainees must have graduated within the last 2 years.
·         B.Sc, 2nd Class Upper in Economics, Finance, Business Administration and Accounting. Possession of additional qualifications such as MBA, ACA, CFA will be an added advantage.
·         Strong analytical prowess and interest in researching a variety of corporate to snip out opportunities.
·         Ability to operate in an environment of rapidly changing priorities.
·         Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Power Point and strong financial modelling skills.
·         Demonstrated experience with managing client relationships and projects with ability to deliver on time-lines.
Remuneration:
Remuneration is very attractive and commensurate with level of experience.
