TITLE TAX MANAGER DEPARTMENT FINANCE VACANCY DESCRIPTION JOB SUMMARY The
Manager will ensure that within the Group’s Corporate Responsibilities, a
proper Corporate Income Tax(CIT) position is reflected in all our CIT-tax
returns as well as our financials. He/ She will also ensure the appropriate
CIT-payments are made in time and an open relationshipis maintained with all CIT-authorities. The
Manager will review potential Tax planning opportunities, and implement if it
can be done in all openness and if it is a very sound opportunity.
