Responsibilities:

• Have overall responsibility for the achievement of the sales target for his products.
• Supervise all the senior sales and sales officers in his team.
• implement, monitor and evaluate the implementation of all sales plans and strategies of the company for his products
• Benchmark competitor's performance against the organisation.
• set and achieve profitability objectives in a method consistent with company sales and values.
• execute country wide marketing initiations through effective delivery of products
• conduct customer service data.
• conduct competitors survey/data
• conduct force field survey.
• conduct variance analysis.

Qualification and Requirements:

• A minimum of MBA in Marketing.
• A minimum of 7 years experience 3 of which must be post MBA qualifications.
• Membership of relevant professional body is required.
• Aged between 30-40 years.
• Proven track record of executive teamwork and strong leadership.
• Strong corporate relationship building skills.
• Strong analytical and creative skills.
• Ability to set target and meet same within a stipulated time frame
• Attention to details.
