VACANCIES
Our organization is dynamic Microfinance Bank in Lekki area. We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Head of Operations:
Experience/qualification: A bachelor degree (at least a second class) in any discipline. A professional qualifications like ACA, ACCA & ACIB would be an added advantage but not mandatory. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands- on supervisory experience in banking operations or related areas. Knowledge of the provisions of BOFIA and the operational guidelines for Microfinance Bank is imperative.  


2. Head of Business Development
Experience/qualification: A bachelor degree (at least a second class) in any discipline. Candidate should have at least 7 years experience in marketing and sales of financial products and services. A demonstrable understanding and knowledge of marketing strategy implementation and execution is mandatory, as well as being a good.

3. Internal Control and Risk Officer
Experience/qualification: A bachelor or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline. Possession of a professional certification like ACA, ACCA & CISA would be an advantage. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 5 years experience in inspection/Internal Audit/Risk Management in a Bank.

4. Accountant
Experience/Qualification: Candidates should have OND/HND/Bachelor degree (but not 3rd class or its equivalent) in any discipline and must be a chartered accountant (such as ACA, ACCA, ICAEW). Applicants should have minimum of 5 years experience in auditing, accounting and/or financial control. Sound understanding and application of relevant standards and guideline for financial reporting is mandatory.    

5. Marketing Officer (Various Levels)      
Experience/Qualification: Candidates should have OND/HND/Bachelor degree (but not 3rd class or its equivalent) in any discipline and at least 2 years experience in sales and marketing of financial products/services in a microfinance bank setting. Applicants for Supervisory positions should have 3 – 5 years experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is mandatory for this position.

6. Tellers/Cashiers
Candidate for this position are required to possess a minimum of OND in a Business related discipline with a minimum of two years relevant banking experience. 

7. Office Assistant
Applicants for this position should have a minimum of SSCE/OND and at least three years relevant experience in a reputable company or a bank. The ideal candidate must be smart and hardworking.


8. DRIVER   
Applicants for this position should have a minimum of SSCE and Current Professional Class Drivers Licence, and at least 10 years relevant experience and very conversant Lagos Roads.
