Job Duties:
- you will help manage and administer company contracts and also help to oversee proposal preparations and contract negotiation
- you will help to review incoming contracts from customers and vendor and coordinate with company stakeholders to produce redline responses
- you will lead or support negotiations of pending contracts with customers and vendors
- you coordinate with managers and outside counsel as necessary to ensure the legal sufficiency of contracts
- you will help assist with routine confidentiality agreements, joint development agreements and licensing agreements
Job Requirement:
. Minimum of Bachelor Degree preferable in engineering
. minimum of 5-20 years experience
